Just when you think your BROWS can't come back to life NOREEN makes it happen!!! As a walk in I was welcomed for a Lamination/tint! I'm so grateful I was able to be accommodated. Thank you Noreen for making me feel beautiful with my new brows I will see you soon as a regular ❤️
Noreen is amazing she does amazing eyebrows. She is very patient and takes her time. I have done waxing, eyebrow tinting and threading with her.
