I was disappointed in the level of customer service received at my brows appointment. I was super excited to have them done based on her reviews and drove an hour. She mapped my brows, and I was aware one brow was fuller than the other. I inquired to thin the other brow to match. She declined my reques. She pushed microblading as the only option to receive a service, and I did not want microblading. As i debated on walking away or having her clean up my brows and have them still uneven. Went there and was very disappointed. Nikki drawed in my brows and after she was done they looked nothing like she drew in, when I complained she told me she had another appointment and if I want to get them redone I would have to pay $125.00 very unprofessional and no business sense. Don't waste your time and money.

Niki was the best. My Mom and I came in, as I bought the microblading for my Mom as a gift . She was very informative, professional and took her time through the whole process,( and is as sweet as can be to boot!) I plan on getting mine done with her in the future. We went to Aldis on the way home after her apt and we had the cashier writing down Nikis name at checkout, we were just so thrilled with the results my Mom couldn't help but share ( even to strangers hehe). Hope all the best for you Niki!

I am SO happy with Niki's work! I was extremely nervous to get my brows done, but all my life I've had basically half eyebrows because they fade out in color towards the ends and never looked full. The more I look at them, the more I'm in love. I would forever recommend Niki to friends or family. Thanks so much!
