1 Star Review for Brows by Lucy Absolutely unacceptable experience. I rescheduled my appointment for the next day and never received confirmation, so I went in to avoid being charged. I waited 40 minutes before finally seeing lights on and approaching the door. I’ve been looking for an eyebrow place close to home with someone honest and truly knowledgeable, and Lucy was exactly that. My brows are slightly uneven, and she shaped them beautifully and even gave me some helpful tips. I highly recommend her. She’s honest, skilled, and really knows what she’s doing.

I’ve never felt the urge to leave a negative Google review before, but here we are. I was excited to get my brows done here again, as I used to come as a teenager and always heard great things about Lucy’s work. Before even walking in, the door was locked, which is normal. I’ve been coming here to get my brows done with Lucy for about 6 years. Natalia, new brow artist, is just as skilled as Lucy and I can say I’ve never been disappointed. Whether it’s appointments weeks ahead to last minute appointments either Lucy or Natalia always take care of me.
