If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Arleen is a true master of her craft. I have had a perfect experience from my initial appointment through my touch up over a year later. Making an appointment was very simple and she sent me information about what to expect. Then when I met with her, she explained the entire process and told me in great detail what to expect after the session. She took her time to draw out my brows and tweak them to my liking. Loving my new Brows! My experience with Arleen was fantastic. I was able to be her model for an advanced training when she did my brows. I was very impressed with not only her attention to detail, but how excited she was to learn new techniques from the instructor.
