Do not recommend at all. The provider doesn’t value clients time or scheduled appointments. I was ok rescheduling when she claimed an emergency came up. Then the rescheduled appointment she tried pushing back an additional 30 minutes because she was busy at a car show and only notified me 20 minutes prior to appointment time. Mind you if I don’t cancel 24 hours prior she charges a $25 cancellation fee. Take your money and time where it’s valued not here! Text included so you can see what you’re dealing with.
autumn is the BEST i’ve ever been to. i’ve been getting my eyebrows done since middle school, and she is by the far the best! she does you right every time, and on top of that is the most amazing person ever!
I absolutely LOVE Autumn and I’ve been going to her for years. She makes the experience safe, fun and comfortable. She knows all my fears, goals and secrets LOL! I know I’m there for waxing services but she’s honestly a safe place for me to laugh, cry, vent, everything.
Autumn is the absolute BEST! She prioritizes your comfort and really cares about you. Waxing my cooter used to be a terrifying, anxiety inducing experience- UNTIL I met Autumn. She makes it so relaxing and dare I say, pain free?! I look forward to my appointments with Autumn and always recommend her to my friends and family.
Been a client for over a decade and Autumn is legit- the best in her trade. Her technique is superb and she makes you feel comfortable. Booking is easy through her link. Her place is clean, sterile and chic! I've gone to other well-known franchise wax establishments but Autumn is the best. Minimal pain. Highly recommend!
