I’ve never been to this place, but I decided to go after reviewing several salons on Google review in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I walked in without an appointment and Sony was able to see me within about 20 minutes. The facility was very clean and had relaxing music on I got an eyebrow threading with tint as well as a lash lift with tint. Sony at Brows & Beyond is truly exceptional! She recently did threading, waxing, and henna for me — and the results were incredibly natural and flawless. Sony is consistently professional, highly skilled, and always welcoming when we walk in. She wears many hats at the salon — from managing the staff and training new employees to expertly attending to multiple clients — and she handles it all with efficiency and grace. Loved my experience here! Never had a lash lift before, Sonni was so kind & knowledgeable. I really wanted a natural look & she absolutely nailed it! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!
I came in as a walk in and was greeted immediately. The atmosphere is welcoming and they had soothing music playing. I was a bit nervous because this was my first experience with threading. The treatment was quick and relatively painless and the technician was very friendly. I was surprised by the price, it was incredibly reasonable- about half of the price I was expecting. I will definitely be coming back.
My girlfriend and daughter took a chance on this place because our normal wax lady is out of town for Mother’s Day and I must say outside of it being a little more painful than normal for them both, their threaders were nice however, who I assume to be the owner did not greet us when we came inside even after signing them both in and having to sit and wait and she also seemed very unpleasant when she asked my daughter to go over to her specialist for service.
