Love their work. But they’re NEVER open! I came on a Saturday. Their hours are 11-7 for walk ins on Saturdays. I arrived @12pm and no one was there. The number they have on the door went straight to voicemail. The hours that are on their website do not match the hours on their door. Terrible business.
Went in for under arm waxing & eye brow threading. I have a feeling that the woman who waxed me was not licensed. She soft waxed my under arms 3 times. Everyone knows you can only use soft wax in one area once otherwise your skin can lift! She then “finished” the remaining pieces of hair with threading however she completely missed a whole area so after my waxing service I was still left with hair. I went in and got a facial and lash extensions with esthetician Becca (@BlinkByBecca) and she was so sweet and she did an amazing job. It was definitely not my first time getting a service with her and will not be the last!!
