Highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and mechanic sat down with me explaining everything that he had found to be or not to be the problem. over all experience in a bad situation was made a lot easier because of each of them. I was over 5 hours from home in a place I knew no one. Wishing I lived closer so they could service all my vehicles. Whenever I was traveling and in a tight spot, Brownwood Muffler and it's amazing staff helped me get back on the road so I could get back to my family in Arkansas. Thank you guys, you all are great.

whenever i need a car fixed i go to brownwood muffler and automotive they have one employee there that helped me a lot and discussed everything about my car and i really feel like he understood my problem. and best of all my car was fixed relatively fast. faster then i have ever seen a car fixed brownwood muffler and automotive was a quite lovely experience

I believe this shop was going to try to sell me a battery and alternator I didn't need. Then they chewed me out when I questioned them about it. Accused me of being rude to owner's wife , which I was not. Told me " I try to run an honest business. and "You can take your car and go on down the road." This chewing out was totally uncalled for.
