Worst experience of my life They are so Rude!
Never in my life have I encountered such rude and unprofessional medical staff and that's saying something because I've been to the ER at Brownwood Regional. Every time I've called to make an appointment or been called by the office, I've talked to rude, grumpy nurses. Always either Ann or Joy. Dr. Chandler is a whole other story.
