Reached out to this company for custom garage shelving, initially everything went very well and he seemed very knowledgeable. However, after about 3 weeks of emailing back and forth, when it came down to coming out and locking in an estimate, I received zero follow up. I get things come up but to just all of sudden not respond seems a little unprofessional.
We have a total of three new rails installed by Brownsville … Took a while because they are so busy, but they are so busy because they are so good. We are so very happy with the looks and the functionality of the rails..
We are very pleased with quality and workmanship of our handrails. The advice we received in selecting the color and design was extremely helpful. Pleasant, courteous and professional staff.
They just finished our railing and it looks beautiful! Highly recommend!
