Poor customer service ever. Yesterday I called to see if they would buy my old iPhone 5s. I gave the young man all the information even the carrier. He said bring it in we will buy it. When I got there today. The rep I spoke to told me that they wouldn't take it because the carrier was sprint. I asked for the manager.
