We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Do not put your loved one's in this awful place. My mom a fall risk was there for rehab and was given a bed with no rail and when we asked for one they told us we would need a Dr. To sign off on one and for us to fill out paperwork. We filled out the forms and never got a rail. She was served the worst inedible food ever. We constantly had to take her outside food because not even the roach in her room would eat it. A place being clean doesn't make it good. Horrible health care, terminal ill patient don't get the pain management needed. It took days and constant requests from my part to get my aunt something stronger than Tylenol for her gangrene.
It's a great place. The installations are clean. The rooms and patients are well-treated and clean.
My husband was sent here for Wound Care, PT and IV therapy from his surgeon and Dr's from Valley Baptist, when we arrived at the facility, it was a complete nightmare, very unprofessional and rude nurses and other staff, don't even get me started with the Dr Wiseberg and his lack of compassion and empathy for my husband and his care. Lesson Learn never to come here. Thank God we are here for today June 27 to Monday June 30 instead of months like we planned.. DO NOT COME HERE..
Very nice people. And very clean. Always taking care of there patients. 100% recommended.
