We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Brownsville Nursing and Rehab is a great facility! The Administrator and Staff are very helpful, the facility is clean and everyone is friendly!
Do not put your loved one's in this awful place. My mom a fall risk was there for rehab and was given a bed with no rail and when we asked for one they told us we would need a Dr. To sign off on one and for us to fill out paperwork. We filled out the forms and never got a rail. She was served the worst inedible food ever. We constantly had to take her outside food because not even the roach in her room would eat it. A place being clean doesn't make it good. Horrible health care, terminal ill patient don't get the pain management needed. It took days and constant requests from my part to get my aunt something stronger than Tylenol for her gangrene.
It's a great place. The installations are clean. The rooms and patients are well-treated and clean.
