I love coming to the studio and have been going for a year I was so sad to see one of my favorite teachers leave and no longer have Sunday morning class. I decided to try out the new Saturday morning class hot yoga. Unfortunately this was not the experience I was hoping for. I have never had a teacher whether it’s sports or physical moment related tell me to lock my knees and to stretch past my flexibility.
