We have lived at Brownstone for 1 month so far. When we toured the apartment, it was vacant and it was vacant for 2 months before we moved in. There were several issues we pointed out during our tour that we were told would be fixed prior to us moving in, however none of these issues were. Upon move-in we requested these issues fixed. After 11 days we were called by a Steve Brown Apartments employee who told us maintenance would call within 1-2 business days to arrange a time to fix these issues, we were not contacted by mai... read more
