The curb appeal of the Brownstone Apartments on Old Sauk Rd, Middleton will compel you to visit. We love the building, management services, and pleasant living conditions. The building is fully maintained and up to date. You are treated like family at the Brownstone. It's a special place on Madison's West Side! Terry & Sandy Shockley
The curb appeal of the Brownstone Apartments on Old Sauk Rd, Middleton will compel you to visit. We love the building, management services, and pleasant living conditions. The property management here is unreasonable. The air conditioning was out for 8 days mid June! 80+ degrees outside every day. Brownstone did not try and expedite the maintenance request and did not want to compensate for the 8 days without air conditioning. The washing machine in the unit is also very old and in need of replacement which has not been addressed for over a year. It damages clothing and brownstone is aware, but again, will not approve the request.
