These guys will happily run up a bill, take their time with work so they can bill you multiple days at very high rates. The work quality is OK, but not to the level they charge. I tried resolving with them, but instead they charged late fees. No visit from my "acccount manager" and no one to come and review their work or plan. Stay away - there are much better companies out there that actually do what these guys promise and much more reasonable rates.

Called them for a plumber. Sent a handyman with no tools. Charged me $700 for basic plumbing tools, and 32 man hours for less than 6 hours work. Never called me back when I complained. I was ripped off for almost $4,000 from these guys. Not an honest group. Stay far, far away. In 40 years of property management, this is the most egregious case of over billing I have ever encountered. And they never actually fixed what they came to fix.

They charge a great deal and send utterly unqualified people to your home. There maintenance person has broken things in my house and then I have to pay to have them come back and fix it. Communication is terrible. It is impossible to communicate what needs to be done. A huge scam and a rip off. Beware and do not use them.
