I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. Despite reaching out multiple times over the past two months. I have received absolutely no response. Whether it was about a claim, policy question, or general support, I’ve been left completely ignored. I don’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a company that cares about its customer
