Facilities are welcoming, beautifully designed everything very clean. Staff at reception are friendly even know my name! My physiotherapist is exceptional. He is competent and caring and helped me manage my injury. I highly recommend Brownstone Health. Thank you
Most of time was talking than treatment. Physiotherapist must wear a mask during the TMJ treatment because of sialoquent. A patient's face and her face were too close that the sliver was sprayng all over my face during the treatment. I wanted to vomit right away while sliver touched my face. It is really disgusting and fear of infection.
Megan is very knowledgeable and takes her time to really find out what your issues are and then develops a solution based approach to solve them
Andrea is amazing, professional, understanding and explains things clearly and succinctly. it was wonderful working with her.
