Went in for a consultation and happy I did not move forward with this doctor. The office staff I felt was rude and were judging me. Also the doctor was recommending more work can be done other then what I was asking for, way to make me feel good about myself.
I found Dr. Brownstein to be very knowledgable, caring, and trustworthy. He spent a great deal of time on my case, explained everything to me, and answered all of my questions. He followed up with phone calls to check on me after my procedure. I never felt rushed during my appointments. Sidney was absolutely wonderful and so helpful to me. I highly recommend Dr. Brownstein!!
Dr. Brownstein spent more time discussing and explaining things to me than any doctor I have ever met. I needed to have two lumps removed from my face, and care was taken to make sure that I was informed and comfortable. His credentials, expertise, demeanor and professionalism, along with his attention to detail, made my experience a pleasant and reassuring one. I am highly satisfied with the entire experience with Dr. Brownstein and would recommend him without hesitation.
