The staff is just absolutely incredible. They all hugged us as we cried after losing my nana and too wonderful care of her. They made the time in their busy days to go see her after she passed. So thankful for them.

Clean and well managed center, shared piano music for a Christmas party and noticed a lot of care going into the event. There's so much space here, feels a bit overwhelming and poorly planned but also less corporate and cozy. The staff was all wonderful from the front desk to nurses and hosts. These places are so difficult to win, no one wants to watch parents and family become worn out and less capable, but glad to have options like Brownsburg Meadows.

Do not send your family members here if they need care. My dad spent about a month and a half here and they didn't do anything right. They didn't do the therapy my dad needed, they left him in wet snd dirty diapers for hours at a time to the point his diaper would leak. My dad ended up with pneumonia during his stay. I had to call Lynne every week that my dad's insurance would cover him because she never sent the right information to the insurance company. My dad got there able to do 45 minutes of therapy a day.
