I had what Beltone said were their best hearing aids but I was not able to hear well in small group settings. I didn't want to buy another set, but decided to try the phonak ones that David Wells recommended. I am VERY glad I did. They are a night and day difference from what I had before.
I was referred to this hearing specialist by Anthem as being a authorized vendor. At that time, Anthem said they could make the appointment or I could call to make the appointment directly and Brownsburg Hearing would subsequently contact Anthem when the exam was completed so they could provide the hearing aids. On 1/21/25, I met with the owner and ordered new hearing aids. My wife came in for a hearing test and to get info on hearing aids (she was very skeptical and a little mad at me for telling her we were going to doctor). David quickly turned the situation positive with his caring and professional manner!! After the hearing test he explained the benefits and reasoning behind getting hearing aids. My elderly mother-in-law was in need of appointment with a new hearing provider. Her prior office closed suddenly, leaving her with new hearing aids and an issue with one of them. David at Brownsburg Hearing Center saw her for an immediate appointment and fixed the issue on the spot. Highly recommend this office! My mother-in-law has found a great, new provider!!
