Went in to possibly trade my vehicle in for a Nissan pathfinder s 2015, got to test drive it and talk about financing it. They ran my credit in multiple places without telling me how many or who. They failed to mention a lawsuit about a CVT transmission and openly admitted that they had no way of knowing this vehicle would last even 6 months. They had a very bad habit of assuming things. We purchased a used vehicle from Browns in West Branch and had the greatest small town experience. Our primary vehicle broke down and we have unusual family needs for a vehicle. They were great at listening and getting a vehicle over from a different location for us to try.
