Service dept fit me in right away for a small fix (replace wheel bolt that Discount Tire didn't put back on as said it was damaged) and even went to extra trouble to process as Ram warranty item so no charge to me. They aren't even my normal Ram service place so I appreciate it that much more. Very nice and well run operation in this small Iowa town!
We broke down in West Branch and Browns was able to fix our car within 5 hours and get us back on the road! We were coming from Wisconsin after a fishing trip and we had King Salmon on ice as well...they offered a freezer to store our fish too! Thank you Brown's for being amazing and offering us exceptional service!

Prompt polite and knowledgeable sales staff. Bella is young, but has a bright future in auto sales. She listens to what you say and want, and provides you options.
