We were in the market for a new vehicle and our first place to look was Browns CDJR because of the continued amazing service from our last purchase. I can't say enough good things about their service department. I own a Jeep gladiator that has some kind of electrical problem. I called Joe in the service department and he told me that he would try to come down and get my Jeep to start again so I could take it to them for them to look at. I was in Muscatine Iowa and they drove from West Branch to Muscatine to help me get my Jeep to start and drive it to West Branch which save me a lot of money so I did not have to tow my Jeep. Service dept fit me in right away for a small fix (replace wheel bolt that Discount Tire didn't put back on as said it was damaged) and even went to extra trouble to process as Ram warranty item so no charge to me. They aren't even my normal Ram service place so I appreciate it that much more. Very nice and well run operation in this small Iowa town!
We broke down in West Branch and Browns was able to fix our car within 5 hours and get us back on the road! We were coming from Wisconsin after a fishing trip and we had King Salmon on ice as well...they offered a freezer to store our fish too! Thank you Brown's for being amazing and offering us exceptional service!
