Brad and his team are the best! Excellent communication. I called with a leaking water heater issue. They came out same day to take a look. Turns out I needed a whole new water heater. They ordered the part and came within a few days to replace it. They noticed my vent was broken in the roof while here and fixed that for me too. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend to anyone who needs rv help. Excellent job guys!
Zero stars! Horrible communication and customer service skills. Called on a Wednesday 5/21/25 for a repair to a snapped slide cable, they said they would call back. Never got a call. Called again on Friday and they said they would check with the tech and call me back. No call. Later that day, the tech shows up unannounced, does not introduce himself, simply says "what's the issue". Says he will check for parts and call me back. You guessed it....no call. People are super helpful and friendly. Had the parts I needed and priced right.
Stop by to order some parts for my rig and the owner got right to work on it and I was out the door.
