Went in for a wheel alignment instead of owner telling me he dont recommend me getting an alignment before I get a full set of tires....he performed the wheel alignment with my bald tires. Process took an hour. My car was still sliding on pavement there after. I took to other tire shot to find out BROWNS TIRES should NOT have performed a WHEEL ALIGNMENT without assuring me it would be a waste of time. Due to my tires needing to be changed due to over-wear.
