I am leaving this review for a very dear lady in Salem, Va she paid this company to cut some tree branches and a stump a few months ago. The guy came out and cut a branch or two and didn’t come back to finish the job. She paid him first which was a big mistake she was unable to go see if he had finished due to mobility. She has called and called with the secretary assuring her that he would be back out to finish but he has never showed back up. Each weekend we wait and but he doesn’t come.
