I have been going to Lia Toyota and Honda for about 15 years. Here we go - I have purchased or leased 5 Tacomas from Lia over the past 15 years. I leased a civic for my oldest son. Then I went back and leased another civic for my daughter. NOTE: I just leased my last tacoma this past February. So, there's my review. If I didn't think the sales and service were not great I wouldn't do business with them.

I recently needed routine service for my 2016 Toyota Prius and had been putting it off due to time and energy constraints. Lia Toyota of Northampton solved the problem by picking up and bring my car back to me! All I had to do was give them my keys. Easy Peasy!! Thank you Gerald Laclair for taking care of the service concerns and such timely work.

Elvin Rodriguez at Lia Toyota of Northampton was excellent in the service department. So cordial and helpful in explaining how the replacement fuel pump in the recall for my 2020 Tacoma would be done. He is an exemplary customer service representative. I thank him for the service. I had my Toyota Camry serviced here on March 9. I was totally satisfied with the service. I was especially happy with service advisor Lindsay Heart. She greeted me with a big smile. She knew what I needed even before I talked to her. I was impressed by her knowledge of the car. She went out of her way to make sure things were done right. I just bought a new Toyota Sienna from Dwayne Smith at Lia Toyota in Northampton. I have purchased quite a few new cars over the years, and the experience does not always make you feel good about the sales person or the dealer. That was not the case with Dwayne or Lia. The process was straightforward, fair and pretty much painless. I will buy my next car from Dwayne and Lia!!

Matt Midder was the salesperson I dealt with in the purchase of my first new car in almost 20 years. Much has changed in the auto business in 20 years, but I was particularly taken by how Matt was not at all your typical car salesperson. He's a genuinely nice guy who was responsive and honest. In short, Matt is the real deal and I wouldn't;t hesitate to buy another car from him. Fortunately for me that won't be necessary as I am a happy customer who is the proud owner of a very cool and in high demand automobile!
