I called Brown’s tax service when I got a letter in the mail from the IRS saying I owed money to them. Carolyn asked me to come in BEFORE her business hours so she could help me. She called the irs on my behalf even though she did not do my previous taxes. That phone call saved me hundreds of dollars that I was prepared to pay. Needless to say she has a new client.
