Just drop off information and Carolyn does all the work and taxes are done quickly and correctly. Been using her for several years.
Carolyn has taken care of my tax preparation for the last 10 years. For my 2024 Illinois state taxes, they messed up my information, she was on top of it and I ended up with the refund. She always looks for ways that I can save in case I missed something. In 2026 I will use her as tax consulting and financial planning.
