I see why they have a low rating ..... the lady that answered the phone was very rude when I was just trying to get a pricing
Dishonest pricing. They won’t tell you how much but says to come $19 then about $35 depending on lock, just a simple thumb lock door knob lock cost me $150!!! Knew you were at their mercy. I would definitely NOT use again!!!! Oh yea, if you don’t have cash you get a $10 service fee for debit card!!! I haven’t carried $150 cash in years!!!!
HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I called to get a quote for unlocking my car and they quoted me $55 and said that included the 15% off that is advertised on their website. The technician took over 30 mins to get to my car and then charged me $85!!!!!! When I called the business to discuss the quote they gave me when I called the first time, the lady was VERY rude and denied the $55 quote she gave me. PATHETIC!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
