My 80-year-old mom bought an electric mower here... It was ALL new technology for her (compared to her good ole gas mower). Her first time out with it, she had LOTS of questions and some challenges. Brown's team was SO patient and walked her through the steps of use. HUGE thank you for not getting frustrated and helping her. Much APPRECIATION.
