Great service department and always nice and professional techs
Browns contacted me to replace my recalled airbag. I dropped the car off, the night before via the night drop box. I received a text saying i would be updated through out the process. I didn’t receive anything, at 4:30, I texted the number back, by 4:50 no response. I was panicking because I needed my car and had been burned previously with them for over a week! Serious issues with my Cherokee. They got me in and out within a day! Lot of maintenance work and everything is running smoothly. An easy transaction all around. Service advisor Steve was fantastic.
