THEY were not concerned about our safety and were not concerned with our well being the warranty was never (we paid for it ) ANY GOOD NO MATTER WHERE WE WENT TO THIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED OUR CALLS TWO YEARS UP TO YESTERDAY. We purchased a new 2021 alpha wolf from Brown's. Six months after purchase our troubles Began. The fiberglass door separated from the metal frame & weak support under shower pan was our biggest problems with some other minor problems. We dropped it off at Brown's in April 2021 & it's now Oct. 2021 and it's still not repaired. They keep giving us excuses of not being able to get the parts. I'm truly dishearted that I'm paying for a brand new RV that is aging day by day and we can't even use it. Can anyone at Brown's help s... read more
Terrible service take your RV somewhere else.
We want to thank Ed Pigate for all of his help and assistance in the purchase of our campers. We originally bought a fifth wheel and traded for a 2019 motor home. Ed was very knowledgeable about the products and there was no pressure to buy. Since our purchase of the 2019 Bounder 35k, we have returned several times for repairs. When Ed is there, he always speaks and asks how things are going showing us that he cares about his customers. 5 stars for Ed!
