No experience with their actual service, might actually be amazing.. BUT when your drivers roll around in company vehicles performing illegal u-turns, cutting off people in traffic and then being rude and making ugly faces and hand gestures when you go around them so you don’t have to slam on brakes, it automatically proves to me that you aren’t intelligent or trustworthy. We been calling Browns for years now. Extremely disappointed with their service today. Young inexperience guy comes to do the service has no idea what is wrong the ice machine after an hour until we told him what to check. Swapped two tubes in two hours, goes out to his truck and spends 30minute to write an invoice and have the audacity to charge two and a half hours with the comment “you pay for the time I get here and when I leave”.
