I have never experienced anything so frustrating until Browns. I lost $3000 to that place and got my Volvo back in worse conditioned. I wasn't communicated with like I should've been by him and he had my car for three weeks as well. I caught him in several lies and ended up having to pay someone else more money to finish the job. I have no respect for dishonest business owners and I don't make much money but I stand by my work and if there's a complaint I don't tell the customer to f off..I take care of it FOR FREE.
