I've only talked with them on the phone both at the Lakewood store and in the Warren store but they are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very kind and resourceful. This is my first pool and I have a friend who is helping me through numerous questions but I need assistance in installation and various other tasks. They have been more than helpful! I recommend them to anyone who has a pool!!
