We recently moved to the west side of Coweta County, and Brown's was recommended for our pool needs. We found them to be very helpful and gave options on chemicals to give us the most for our money. We have found our new pool store..
I would highly recommend NOT to use Brown's pools and Spas. I had 5 leaks on my pool in the first 2 months (1 is still not fixed). The pool was installed incorrectly and had to be repaired. I have pictures of everything. My liner also started leaking again 12 months later and no one has called me back in 14 months. I have emailed and called with no results. In Feb 2025 I needed to take over the maintenance for my parents house in Powder Springs GA. I had Browns install a new pool liner which went well. Because no one was living in the house at the time, I signed up for Weekly pool maintenance until I could get the house sold. Jun3 24, 2025, I called and also sent an email to Gayle in the Pool Maintenance department to cancel the weekly service effective 6/30/25 because the house was closing on 7/3/2025.
