I love Brandy!! I love Caroline!!! Browns Pool and Spa has been amazing, accommodating, have always gone above and beyond for any and all of my needs!!! When the Tornado hit 3/2021 my spa was destroyed and they came to inspect it and gave me a detailed report of the damages for my insurance company and worked with me as that process took way to long and held my new replacement spa for 6 mths as I had to wait until my home was ready for it! I keep trying to support this business. Every time I visit, I get such unwelcoming treatment. Every guy who walks in gets greeted differently. I thought my experience was a bad day, but it keeps happening. I will order my supplies online and pay shipping rather than support here any longer.
