I would highly recommend NOT to use Brown's pools and Spas. I had 5 leaks on my pool in the first 2 months (1 is still not fixed). The pool was installed incorrectly and had to be repaired. I have pictures of everything. My liner also started leaking again 12 months later and no one has called me back in 14 months. I have emailed and called with no results. In Feb 2025 I needed to take over the maintenance for my parents house in Powder Springs GA. I had Browns install a new pool liner which went well. Because no one was living in the house at the time, I signed up for Weekly pool maintenance until I could get the house sold. Jun3 24, 2025, I called and also sent an email to Gayle in the Pool Maintenance department to cancel the weekly service effective 6/30/25 because the house was closing on 7/3/2025.
