poor customer service, people are down right asshole's and have zero intention on helping with anything other than taking your money. ordered a few bolts and they didnt arrive when stated, asked customer service a simple question and got a very rude reply. they told me to take it up with the post office not them.

This place is horrible.I ordered 5 bolts that should have cost me $12 plus about the same for shipping. I was told that they were on backorder. Well after about a month I hadn't heard anything so I called and was told that there was no record of my order so they resubmitted it. well a couple of weeks later I get a double order. 2 boxes with 5 bolts in each.
