Don’t be fooled by their slick marketing and shiny customer service! This company is mediocre at best. We needed a plumbing company to investigate the source of a leak for a possible insurance claim and the extent of the damage. We got a slick text message telling us which technician was being dispatched and their experience. No plumbing experience was indicated; mostly heating and cooling. This is the best plumbing company I've found in the Winnipeg area. They provide detailed estimates, they consult properly with homeowners, every employee I've met so far (6 at least) has been unfailing polite and pleasant, they wear protective covers on their boots, and if they make a mistake or an error they correct it and apologize. I would recommend them.

Alex has just completed installing a new sump pump and battery backup in my basement. He arrived on time and did a great job with the installation. He answered any questions that I had in a clear, professional manner. He also explained how the new system would work. I would highly recommend him.

My first time using Browns Plumbing and Heating. They will for sure be my first call in the future. They promised 5 star service and they delivered. Ryan, the technician, explained everything and welcomed me being present while he performed the diagnostics and service. He is very knowledgeable. An all round great experience..
