Called Brown's Plumbing to repair or replace toilet in my Mother's condo. Never received a call from plumber or the owner of the company to advise me as to the best solution for a leak. Within hours after a minor repair was completed 3 condo units damaged. I would never recommend this company.
We do not have enough words to express how impressed we are with Browns Plumbing. From the friendly reception call to the office (thank you) to the technician's visit - thank you Kayden - to the amazing price, 5 stars aren't really enough. We feel very fortunate to have a plumber in our area who we can call, trust, and who charges reasonable prices.
We needed a contractor to add a gas outlet on our patio so that we can have a gas firepit in the backyard. We chose Brown's after getting two other quotes from competitors. Brown's quote came in at HALF the price of the other two, which was a very pleasant surprise. I was shocked how much the other two wanted for a simple job. It also shows the value of shopping around. Horrible Customer Service from the old lady speaking over the phone. Makes it almost impossible to give business because of her arrogance. Owner of the business to kindly look into it. We have spent $10K recently on a HVAC for our business and wanted to request for a new concern. WOW
