Marleen Case has been my property manager for the past couple of years. She is extremely patient and responsive. She always works with me to find the best possible solution to each situation that is in my best interest while we look after the tenant. Sometimes it means she needs to speak to different parties to figure out the next move and she does it without hesitation. I highly recommend BPRE and Marleen as a property manager.

I would strongly warn anyone considering renting through Browns Plains Real Estate to think twice. They took over management of our rental knowing there were serious, long-standing issues that had already caused the previous property manager to stop managing the property. These included a professionally confirmed structural mould problem caused by roof and drainage defects, the property not being water compliant, and smoke alarms that were only battery operated, which is not compliant with legal safety requirements.
