Wonderful experience right from the start . Such a welcoming feeling the moment we dealt with Anna from Bpre at the house viewing as well as meeting Marleen when signing paperwork. The team gives a great first impression.
These people really care about people and property. They are doing a wonderful job looking after everything.
I would strongly warn anyone considering renting through Browns Plains Real Estate to think twice. They took over management of our rental knowing there were serious, long-standing issues that had already caused the previous property manager to stop managing the property. These included a professionally confirmed structural mould problem caused by roof and drainage defects, the property not being water compliant, and smoke alarms that were only battery operated, which is not compliant with legal safety requirements. I had a very bad experience. Lie after lie. Aggressive and only say we get back to you and they never get back to me. Very lazy. I will never go there again.
