If I could give 0 stars I would. Prospective tenants should be warned: my experience with Anna was extremely unprofessional. I contacted her multiple times by phone and email, making clear that we were relocating interstate and could not attend inspections in person. Despite repeated assurances that she would follow up, no action was ever taken. As a direct result, we were unable to inspect a single property through her office. Neil Giles of Browns Plains Real Estate sold my investment property for what seems a good price. I met him in 2014, when I sought his advice on the property. I found him to be honest, in that his answer did not always benefit him. When selling I naturally asked him. Due to non-property related issues, to sell was not straightforward. Bought a house off them, still waiting for the gift basket promised by the agent, chased them up and no response to it… Their customer service is crap

Very helpful for us as first-time sellers. We chose Neil's agency to sell our house, as they had managed our property as a rental for almost 6 years. We were now living interstate and Neil managed the co-ordination with the tenants seamlessly on our behalf.
