Extremely poor time management. Arrived for a 2:45 pm appointment. Left without being seen after waiting for 35 mins. Multiple guests arrived after me and were seen. Requested an update on 2 occasions. I was first advised it won't be much longer after waiting 20 mins. Then again at the 35 minute mark I was advised the Dr is doing a procedure which is whats causing the delay. Common courtesy dictates you advise your clients/patients when an earlier appointment delays your schedule. None of this was communicated. Disrespecting... read more
