Really happy with how I was treated by car care and exhaust. Especially being a women and I really appreciate that I was t over charged and Adrian and team were able to fix my Ute for me. Very much appreciated.
My Car was serviced elsewhere about 3 months ago. We were told that all we needed is a new passenger side wheel bearing, which wasn’t urgent. 3 weeks ago It had started making sounds of grinding and feeling like something was about to drop out the bottom. Thinking it was just the wheel bearing, I asked for a quote from mechanics around Browns Plains using Auto Guru, these guys were the only ones out of everyone to ask me to come in for an inspection, before quoting, just in case something else was wrong. I have been bringing my car here for the last few years and the services have always been great. When I moved to Brisbane, I was told by a different mechanic my car needed 2.7k worth of work done, which I had a feeling was them trying to take advantage if me. I found Browns Plains Car Care & Exhaust and it turned out only my fan belt needed replacing and everything else quoted by the other mechanics was actually fine.
