Called & was quoted $198 For my Bathroom surround Picked order up in pouring rain woman wasn't concerned nor said anything about needing the Box for any return. Get home box thrown away I call her back to inform her that there was only 3 Pieces & the 2 side panels weren't in box. She said those would be another $100. Ms ***called in March in search of "walls" for a bathtub. She stated she was on a fixed income and needed something low in price. Ms ***stated she was purchasing these walls to help a family member (I believe her daughter but can't be sure) I checked my warehouse and found a set of new walls that had been dropped off by a supplier in error. The walls were to be picked back up by supplier and the correct walls were to be delivered the next week. I checked on the price and quoted her $190.00 for the walls.
