I’m going to be completely honest. My mother bought a plot of land from Browns Mobile, and the trailer we got was offered at a reduced price because it had been sitting on the Browns lot for a while. We decided to go with it, and everything seemed fine until everything was actually installed on the property. When it rains, large ponds form throughout the yard, and the water will not drain out of the ditch. The driveway is also noticeably muddy and unstable. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Browns was phenomenal. Where do I begin? The day I closed on my land (keep in mind I was 18 years old) I went to look and as I was looking, I met Nate. We went through countless options of floor plans, and I told him exactly what I wanted. The folks at Brown’s Mobile Home Sales are truly like family! They are truly conscientious, helpful, and they just never skip a beat. Mr. Brown cares about every customer the same, family. We appreciate all they have done to help us since being devastated by the Florida storms in September, October 2024. They are all a Blessing to us for sure!
