I will never call them again .all in needed was a little help but the truck driver called the law

Browns Mill provided quality service and good prices for me several years ago. However, things have changed. I brought my car in because it was leaking anti-freeze. I was quoted $1310.00 for a water pump. I was told it would take 3 days to repair. I took car this morning to Walnut Creek Garage and for a water pump, I am paying $800.00 less. Car will be repaired in a few hours -- not 3 days. Either this place doesn't know what they are doing or they do their best to take advantage of people.
have called them 3 times trying to get my truck towed while getting home, no answer yet they offer 24hr towing. Waiting on Archer Brothers Towing atm

I mistakenly overpaid and they won't reimburse me. never recommend or use their services again.

They lied about saying I needed a new engine when it was the timing belt and I wouldn't recommend anyone going here because they will take advantage of you

Josh, we are sorry to hear your were not satisfied with our automotive repair services. Your dodge status was inspected by one of our technicians, and it was discovered that the timing belt had broken. It was decided the dodge status was not going to be repaired at Browns Mill Auto, and You were charged a half hour for diagnostic labor, $40, plus $1.60 in shop supplies, and $3.95 in sales tax, Totaling $45.55.
