Paid Ken 75% upfront to put plantation shutters (over $675) in our kitchen Feb 2017. It is now May 20, 2017 and no shutters. Husband texted him April 29,2017 and Ken responded by saying he was out of town and would contact him to install the shutters the following Tues. He never called and never showed up. Tired of papered up kitchen windows. I would not recommend anyone use this company. We feel like we've been scammed.
Ken did an excellent job putting our blinds in! We just built a house so we wanted something nice and we needed it quickly. We called Ken on Wednesday and he came out the same day to give us a quote. He ordered our blinds and was back on Saturday to install them. We couldn't have been happier because they look amazing. I would highly recommend him!
Ken Brown has done excellent job hanging shutters and blinds in my home! He has also done work for my kids and they were pleased as well! I was satisfied with the quality of the product he recommend and provided for us! The response from Ken has fulfilled our expectations in a timely and professional matter! I would highly recommend Ken and his work.
Ken Brown has completed two jobs for me in a professional and knowledgeable manner. He installed an extremely long traverse rod by himself and it was hung to perfection. Tonight he installed two sets of blinds on two doors. I could not be more pleased with the results. He is fair and honest and will answer any question one might have. AWESOME! I called Ken on a Thursday and he called me back within 2 hours. Then, he came to my home on Friday and installed 4 roman shades in my kitchen and two roman shades in my sunroom -and- they look beautiful. He is a true professional and it only took him 1 hour to do all of the installations! Now, my Mom wants him to install some windows and shades in her home. I would recommend Ken to all of my friends and family and I will definitely call him again when I need anything else done in the future.
