The front staff were so kind and helpful! Kim was also friendly, helpful, and efficient. She made sure that I had what I needed in a timely manner.
There is always a game with them about applying coupons and the only one who can apply them are managers. I dont understand why they can not just apply the best discount for the customer automatically without having to deal with bullshit. Also my quoted price was lower than what they are trying to charge me and to get resolution I need to wait around for a manager to show up in 20 minutes. How is this acceptable?!?
