I am leaving this review for an overall of my experience I've with this place over the years. The advisors that I have had are nice. However, be prepared to wait for half a day or the whole day if you need anything done. They do have a free shuttle services within 10miles. It seem like anytime I come in to get a regular routine maintenance, they seem to always seem to find somthing that need fixing and the price listed is astronomical high. They always take great care of my car! The staff that I have worked with are very nice, friendly and get you in and out :)
while it was still under warranty because there was clearly a problem. However, they told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. As soon as the warranty expired, they suddenly charged me over $9,000 for the repair. On top of that, they even charged a diagnostic fee. The staff was extremely unfriendly, and their customer service was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I came in nearly a month ago with a screw in my tire. I had just bought brand new tires from a different Honda the day before and was told that the warranty is also honored at this location (which was closer to me). the receptionist was very helpful and got me in immediately and confirmed that they honored the warranty before coming in. got there at 8:30, appointment was at 9. my car was on the lift almost immediately which I thought was a good sign because I needed to be out by 10 and let them know that. then my service adv... read more
