There is always a game with them about applying coupons and the only one who can apply them are managers. I dont understand why they can not just apply the best discount for the customer automatically without having to deal with bullshit. Also my quoted price was lower than what they are trying to charge me and to get resolution I need to wait around for a manager to show up in 20 minutes. How is this acceptable?!?
I am leaving this review for an overall of my experience I've with this place over the years. The advisors that I have had are nice. However, be prepared to wait for half a day or the whole day if you need anything done. They do have a free shuttle services within 10miles. It seem like anytime I come in to get a regular routine maintenance, they seem to always seem to find somthing that need fixing and the price listed is astronomical high.
