I came for changing a spark plug with an under warranty code, they charged me $900 for changing and $248 just for diagnosing which auto zone is free service! Never come back to this service, they only think ripping you off!

I came here last week to get a tuneup. They charged me $2600 for for my tuneup for my 2011 Honda Accord. I thought it was excessive but they already had my car in the back so I paid Moses was my service person. I didn’t complain but I won’t be coming back ever.
If I could give no star I would. This place has horrible service. I was driving on the highway from a different state and my car broke down so I had to get it towed to them since they were the closest dealership. Would never go back. Would of rather it got towed to a different state. They switched out my car's battery and then ended up not doing a full diagnostic test before handing me the car back.
