Checked on an AC unit after this company told a single mom she needed a whole new system saying there was a leak in the coil. The original problem was just a dirty filter. I found they had pulled the compressor wire from the capacitor so the condenser fan would still run but it would not cool. Pressures were fine and it has been running for 2 month. This company is untrustworthy and takes advantage of its customers. Please get a second opinion if they tell you you need a new unit.
The tech was very professional came took care the issue with my air conditioning in no time, thank you I will definitely use browns again in the future.
January-Below freezing temps- The heating vent in my living room started vibrating. All of a sudden, the furnace stopped working. I called Brown's after hours and they offered to come immediately or the next day. Brian showed up right on time and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. They charge per hour. He could have just fixed the problem and left in 15 minutes, but he went above and beyond by doing a service check on everything, and even cleaning my sensor. Doesn't get much better than that!
Very quick and professional service. Highly recommend.
They were able to come out the same day I called and recharge our AC. Will be using this company again if we have future hvac needs.
