Mr Marc Dains and I didnt see eye too eye thru the whole job my initial bid was 20k with the understanding that any unforseen would be an increase Mr Dains argued this from the get go. At start up we immediately found issues with the said house the exterior walls were rotten and was unable to be seen until we got into the walls.
