Had Josh do repairs on my camper in the past and was always pleased with the service and quality of work. Today I had an issue and just couldn't remember what he had told me before. Contacted him today and he was able to refresh my memory. Would use Brown's again ! You will absolutely be pleased!
We had Browns do some major repairs to our trailer. They were great to work with. They kept us informed of the repair progress and let us know if they found any additional issues. Very pleased.
Browns went above and beyond to make repairs for our camper as a third party resource!
We called 5 minutes before closing at 8 pm and they sent a tech almost an hour out to us who fixed our RV electrical issue in less than 30 minutes!!!! I am floored at the customer service they offer and would recommend them to anyone who needs their RV repaired! We are so so so grateful!
Don was fantastic to work with. Very responsive through the whole process. The service department came onsite within minutes to address a small issue we found on our first night out. You can purchase an RV anywhere however the people and service-minded culture we found at browns will be there far after the sale.
