Roughly a year ago, we experienced a tear in our slide-out roof, likely caused by a falling branch. Water intrusion and the weight of the debris led to structural damage significant enough that the entire slide-out roof needed to be rebuilt. One the way to Florida we found a leak under the sink of our RV. We were driving down 52 and saw all kinds of Rv’s, trailers, and then we saw the service center and decided to stop in to see if they could help us. Kim was awesome helping us and checking our camper to see what was wrong. Rodney came out and assessed the job, fixed it within an hour and did a fantastic job! They were so knowledgeable and prompt in helping us! They are very professional and personable! I highly recommend Brown’s Gutenberg RV for any RV needs!
My husband and I were on a camping trip and in dire need of a part for our leaking water heater. Russ patiently listed to our story, made a recommendation and then took the time to track it down and even came out to our rv to make sure it fit. It's great to have a friendly, go to rv repair house so far from home. Many thanks to Brown's and Russ, great job!

Had Josh do repairs on my camper in the past and was always pleased with the service and quality of work. Today I had an issue and just couldn't remember what he had told me before. Contacted him today and he was able to refresh my memory. Would use Brown's again ! You will absolutely be pleased!
