I will never use this company again they promise to call you right back about items you paid for but never received, they lie to you saying they will over night the items and they can’t provide you with a tracking number because they never sent the items then they promise to refund you and here it is another month after graduation no refund or items
I am thoroughly disappointed in this company. I called them to request a refund and was told to allow up to 10 business days. It has now been exactly one month and still no refund, not to mention it is VERY hard to reach anyone. DO BETTER BROWN'S GRADUATION. AND STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S MONEY
Bad experience with them. I’m a new graduate and I spoke to the lady asking if I could get a refund because I haven’t gotten my stuff yet and there was no calls telling me it’s ready or voicemails left. They didn’t tell me I had to come pick it up because there’s a shipping fee..if there’s a shipping fee why would I have to pick it up? ( even though they didn’t tell me I had to ). They do have hidden fees in which im not a big fan of.
