I second all of the 1 star reviews. Very bad business
If for any reason you want a refund or to cancel your order it’s not happening. Might take you a week to get them to answer the phone and when they do they are no help.
Ordered around 3 months ago, I've gotten nothing back from them, they dont answer calls or emails. We will not be ordering from here again.
Terrible experience with this company! Ordered a month ago, and still no items! Calls and voicemails are being ignored, and emails are going unanswered. Really need this stuff for an upcoming winter graduation! I understand stuff happens, but I can’t get a hold of anyone for weeks. You’re just ignoring me. Terrible business
The absolute worst business I have ever tried to deal with in my five plus decades on this planet. I have called no less than six dozen times. I have spoke to someone twice practically begging for some information on purchasing an ASU class ring. Hrs say 10am-5pm, I have called at all different times between the two. I was told the two miraculous times I spoke to someone, we will email you by end of day. I just tried again at 4:30 today and now instead of voicemail I get we are closed, at 4:30 by the way.
