My son graduated in May has not yet received his diploma plaque. every time we've tried to come up here or call were told all it'll be next week. it's 2 1/2 almost 3 months later still no diploma plaque. I am outside their physical location it is within store hours the store is not open and no one is here. not happy at all
I had an issue with one of the items in my order. I've reached out 4 times by email and no one bothers to reply. Worst customer service that I've experienced in a long time. Would not do business with them again
